Pop-Up Food and Drinks Coming to Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom

This fall, The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom will host a limited-time pop-up featuring specially crafted food and drinks. Located on the edge of Frontierland, it offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy western hospitality combined with old-world glamour.

Guests can anticipate delicious sharable items such as a savory charcuterie board topped with cured beef, 'fancy bacon,' smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles – perfect for friends or family to enjoy together.

In addition to food, there are unique beverages to try like the 'Enchanting Ember Lemonade.' This non-alcoholic specialty drink blends Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim for a spicy-sweet twist.

For guests seeking an alcoholic option, the 'Cactus Rose Margarita' is crafted with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave. This refreshing pink-hued cocktail offers both delicious flavor and an eye-catching presentation.

Fans of The Diamond Horseshoe's family-style Thanksgiving dinner need not worry as those favorites will remain available nearby at Liberty Tree Tavern. More menu details and reservation information for the pop-up will be shared soon, though walk-ups will be welcomed.
