Encounter Iconic Disney Characters at 2026 Oogie Boogie Bash

This year's Oogie Boogie Bash returns with a wicked crew of villains including Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove, Syndrome from The Incredibles, and Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. Guests of all ages can enjoy meeting these rarely seen favorites across Disney California Adventure Park during the festive after-hours party.

Guests can find Oogie Boogie in Hollywood Land, Ernesto de la Cruz near the Hyperion Theater, and other legendary villains sprinkled throughout the park. Additional treat trail characters include Agatha Harkness in Avengers Campus, Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb, Hades from Hercules, and Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

In addition to the villainous treat trail, guests might encounter Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow dressed as The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus, as well as Pain, Panic, and Megara from Hercules. Characters from Kingdom Hearts including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy, select Toy Story friends, Edna Mode and Mr. Incredible, and heroes like Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Scarlet Witch are also part of the celebration.

During the event, visitors can also enjoy "Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party," where spooky characters from Haunted Mansion appear including ballroom dancers, gravediggers, and hitchhiking ghosts. It offers a playful yet spine-chilling atmosphere for fans seeking a grim, grinning good time.

Tickets are limited, and costumes must follow Disney’s event guidelines. The event provides unique attractions, photo opportunities, and character encounters but does not include Lightning Lane access. Digital Disney PhotoPass downloads are included during the party, making it easier to capture all the haunting memories.
