Disney Eats: First Look at The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up Menu

A new limited-time pop-up menu is coming to The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park on October 4, with reservations opening September 29. This menu offers a variety of frontier-style comfort food and craft cocktails, perfect for a group visit.

The menu features shareable plates including Sweet Golden Corn Fritters, described as ultimate comfort food, and the hearty Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips.

Guests can enjoy small plates such as Charcuterie with cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Other options include Glazed Sticky Ribs served with cowboy beans and jalapeño crisps, Chipotle Chicken Tostada topped with queso fresco, lime crema, and pickled cactus salsa, and a Mini Hot Dog Platter wrapped in pastry with tortilla chips and queso.

Non-alcoholic specialty beverages include Orange Cream Soda made with Fanta Orange, vanilla, and cream; Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream featuring Barq’s Root Beer flavored with caramel and topped with sweet cream; Enchanting Ember Lemonade, a blend of Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey; and Enchanted Grove Lime Splash with Minute Maid Limeade, cucumber, and mint.

Cocktail offerings include Whinnyin’ Whiskey Lemonade with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Aperol liqueur, strawberry purée, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, and basil; Cactus Rose Margarita made with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave; High Plains Huckleberry featuring 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice, and cranberry; Rattler Rum Punch combining Bacardí Superior Rum, orange, pineapple, lime, and passion fruit with a sweet-and-spicy rim; and Coal’d Fashioned, a blend of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, and bitters.

A seasonal cocktail titled In Holiday Fashion is made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, rosemary syrup, cranberry, and cinnamon, available during holiday celebrations.

The wine selection includes Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco sparkling wine, Fess Parker Riesling white wine, and MacMurray Estate Pinot Noir red wine.

Draft beer options feature Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Yuengling Traditional Lager, and Cigar City Jai Alai IPA.

The Diamond Horseshoe pop-up menu will not be available during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party but will be served during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. All menu items are subject to change and availability.
