Step Inside Casita: Discover New Details About the Encanto Ride at Animal Kingdom

A new Encanto attraction called Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto is coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom as part of the new Tropical Americas land. This family-friendly ride celebrates Antonio’s gift of communicating with animals and shares the message that we all belong to the family of living things, regardless of our special abilities.

Original voices from the Encanto film, including Stephanie Beatriz, Jessica Darrow, and Diane Guerrero, return to portray Mirabel, Luisa, and Isabella in the attraction. Guests will board ride vehicles designed as pieces of furniture brought to life by Casita, passing through newly created rooms within the Madrigal house and ending in a rainforest-themed room representing Antonio’s world.

With no height requirement, the ride welcomes guests of all ages. The attraction showcases over 50 animals, accurately representing Colombian wildlife, thanks to collaboration with Disney’s Animals, Science and Environment Team. Visitors can glimpse animals like capybaras, toucans, and donkeys within this immersive experience.

Alongside Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto, guests will find another new attraction in Tropical Americas called El Carrusel de los Animalitos, an animal-inspired hand-carved carousel featuring 22 figures from beloved Disney and Pixar stories. Also featured in the land is Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent, a thrilling adventure attraction.

The Tropical Americas land will also include one of the largest quick-service restaurants on Walt Disney World property, themed as a large hacienda. Guests can look forward to shopping opportunities and a play area inspired by the Maya, where children can explore artifacts through interactive play.

Tropical Americas celebrates the magic and myths of the rainforest with authentic storytelling, immersive design, and attention to detail inspired by Colombian culture and environment, promising a rich and vibrant new experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
