Premium Memberships

Monthly Subscriptions
  • No Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal
  • Access: If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period
Yearly Subscriptions
  • No Refunds: Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal
  • Access: If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your yearly billing cycle
  • Bonus Credits: Any bonus Lightning Lane credits granted with yearly memberships will remain in your account even after cancellation

Lightning Lane Planning Credits

  • No Refunds: Lightning Lane credit purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is processed
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire and will remain in your account indefinitely
  • One-Time Use: Each credit provides one Lightning Lane availability report for one park on one specific date
  • Service Delivery: Credits are consumed when you submit a Lightning Lane planning request, regardless of the content or usefulness of the results
  • Technical Issues: In the rare event of a technical failure that prevents report generation, we will credit your account or provide a replacement report
