Disney Eats: What’s Cooking at Plaza de la Familia at Disneyland Resort 2025

Plaza de la Familia is returning to Disney California Adventure park from August 22 through November 2, 2025, celebrating the joyous Spirit of Día de los Muertos. The festivities at Paradise Gardens Park will feature heartwarming entertainment and a delicious menu inspired by the celebration.
Guests can enjoy the musical storytelling of “The Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia Celebrate The Musical World of Coco!” and a variety of new and returning food offerings crafted to delight the taste buds throughout the event.
At Paradise Garden Grill, mobile ordering is available for new dishes like the Achiote Half Chicken, roasted with achiote marinade and served with Spanish rice, refried beans, and nopal salad. Other highlighted dishes include a Loaded Chicken Quesadilla with achiote chicken, Al Pastor Tacos with pineapple and avocado spread, and a plant-based Carne Asada Wet Burrito topped with salsa verde and crema.
Kids can enjoy a Cheese Quesadilla served with a Cuties Mandarin Orange and applesauce along with a choice of DASANI Water or low-fat milk, or a Street-style Taco with similar sides and drink options. For dessert, new Buñuelos Biónico offers fried tortilla chips coated in cinnamon sugar layered with fresh fruit, toasted coconut, and sweetened condensed banana milk. The Vanilla Layer Cake features multi-colored layers with cinnamon mousse and sweet cream cheese frosting.
New beverage offerings include a non-alcoholic Pineapple Pomegranate Lemonade, Apple Cider Margarita with tequila and cinnamon sugar rim, and Fruity Lemonade Cocktail blending tequila with pineapple and pomegranate lemonade. Craft beer selections include Ogopogo Brewing La Llorona Mexican Lager, 2 Towns Ciderhouse Made Marion Blackberry, and Offshoot Beer Co. Relax Hazy IPA.
At Señor Buzz Churros and the churros stand near Goofy’s Sky School, the new Strawberry Horchata Churro is available. This churro is rolled in horchata sugar and topped with horchata whipped topping, caramel sauce, and fresh strawberries.
The new Coco Sipper will be available starting August 27, 2025, at various locations throughout Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park including popular dining and snack spots like Alien Pizza Planet, Galactic Grill, The Golden Horseshoe, and Paradise Garden Grill.
In Disneyland Park, it can be found at spots including Alien Pizza Planet, Galactic Grill, The Golden Horseshoe, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Plaza Inn, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, Refreshment Corner, Lemonade at small world Promenade, Ship to Shore Marketplace, and Troubadour Tavern.
In Disney California Adventure, guests can find the Coco Sipper at Award Wieners, Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Chiller at Paradise Gardens Park, Corn Dog Castle, Mortimers Market, Paradise Garden Grill, Popcorn at Grizzly Peak Airfield, Smokejumpers Grill, select outdoor vending carts, and Studio Catering Truck.
The new Dante Sipper, available beginning September 10, includes a choice of beverage at time of purchase and is limited to two per person per transaction with no discounts applied.
Guests can find the Dante Sipper at Disneyland Park locations such as Alien Pizza Planet, Galactic Grill, The Golden Horseshoe, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, Ship to Shore Marketplace, Stage Door Café, and select outdoor vending carts.
In Disney California Adventure Park, it is available at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Chiller at Paradise Gardens Park, Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, Corn Dog Castle, Mortimers Market, Paradise Garden Grill, Popcorn at Grizzly Peak Airfield, and select outdoor vending carts. The sipper is also available at GCH Craftsman Grill in Disney’s Grand California Hotel & Spa.
With many tasty offerings arriving for Plaza de la Familia, visitors are encouraged to explore and enjoy the unique flavors of this seasonal celebration.
