At Destination D23, Disneyland Resort culinary director John State revealed new concept art for the enhanced patio space of Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Currently closed for renovation, the restaurant will reopen with an upgraded al fresco dining area overlooking Disney California Adventure park, promising a unique culinary experience amidst beautiful surroundings.

The redesigned Napa Rose patio will blend timeless Craftsman design and modern Californian elegance to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Guests will enjoy dining surrounded by lush greenery and soft lighting that enhances the outdoor ambiance. Two new fireplaces will add a cozy glow, inviting visitors to relax and savor their meals while enjoying the evening air.

Napa Rose is celebrated for its refined California cuisine made from top-quality ingredients. Alongside the updated patio, the restaurant will introduce a new menu designed to delight a wide range of palates. The establishment is also renowned for its extensive wine collection, featuring 1,500 labels including rare vintages and bottles from boutique California wineries.
