Disney Eats: New 2026 Sweets and Treats at Disneyland

Disneyland Resort kicks off 2026 with a grand selection of new sweets, savory bites, and refreshing drinks. From limited-time offerings honoring the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration to new menu items at Flo’s V8 Cafe in Cars Land, there’s something delicious for every foodie to enjoy.

Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration Sweets and Treats

Celebrate seven decades of magic at Disneyland with special limited-time treats including cocktails, cookies, macarons, and more across Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park starting from early January.

At Carnation Café, guests can enjoy the Rum Punch — a festive blend of Bacardi Superior Rum, Myers’s Rum Original Dark, pineapple, orange, and lime juices, and grenadine. Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe introduces the refreshing Lemon Chiffon Tea topped with lemon chiffon foam, alongside the beloved Mickey Hat Cookie and a Strawberry Shortcake Macaron layered with fresh strawberries and topped with a birthday candle.

Red Rose Taverne offers a special 70th Stuff shortbread cookie dessert with cookies and cream cake and raspberry elements, while Tiana’s Palace welcomes guests with the Sweet Heat Beignet Chicken Sandwich featuring fried chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce served with collard greens.

Harbour Galley features the new Yuzu Lemonade — a refreshing floral lemonade topped with rainbow jelly. Café Daisy invites guests to savor The Miss Daisy, a bright blue drink of Minute Maid Zero Sugar Lemonade and blue cotton candy syrup garnished with blue raspberry gummy rings.

In Disney California Adventure Park, Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe and other locations offer the iconic Mickey Hat Cookie. Schmoozies! debuts the Strawberry, Hazelnut, Chocolate & Pistachio Mickey Shake — a non-alcoholic strawberry shake accented with pistachio whipped topping and chocolate sauce.

Limited-edition novelties such as the Jiminy Cricket Sipper and the Disneyland 70th Mad Tea Party Teacups Bottle Topper will be available starting January 8 at select locations in both theme parks, Downtown Disney, and the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa while supplies last.

Flo’s V8 Cafe New Menu

Flo’s V8 Cafe in Cars Land will refresh its menu starting January 20, offering new savory and plant-based options alongside beloved favorites.

Flo’s new menu includes savory dishes like the 'Big Dipper' Cheeseburger, Winner’s Circle Chicken and Waffles, and plant-based Fillmore Groovy Greens. Beverages feature the Start Your Engine Cold Brew and Stop Sign Cream Soda Pop, alongside classic Flo’s shakes.

More New and Returning Bites Coming in January

Starting January 8, Disneyland Resort chefs introduce new dishes and drinks at many locations across both parks including Main Street, Fantasyland, Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and Disney California Adventure Park.

Guests can enjoy the Blueberry Lemonade at Little Red Wagon, the Garden Grain Salad, Peanut Butter Brownie Slice, and Peach Cobbler Cheesecake at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. Plaza Inn presents several new offerings including Baked Meatloaf, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, and Cookies and Cream Chocolate Cake alongside classic favorites.

New dishes at Galaxy’s Edge include Surabat Valley Greens with Roasted Tip-Yip and Felucian Kefta Garden Spread, while Oga’s Cantina serves the non-alcoholic Oga’s Obsession cocktail. Popular snack locations, such as Maurice’s Treats, offer new items including a Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread with Bratwurst and Chocolate Croissant Cookies.

Additional new savory items include Duo Tacos and Burrito Sonora at Rancho del Zocalo, and new salads, wraps, and kid-friendly meals at Café Daisy. Schmoozies! introduces refreshing drinks like the Iced Honey Matcha Tea and Soju-Matcha Cocktail.

Lamplight Lounge presents new dishes like Pork Belly Bao Bun and Aguachile Verde, while Paradise Garden Grill adds tacos and loaded chips to their menu. Wine Country Trattoria updates their offerings with specialty salads, tiramisu, and unique cocktails.

Mendocino Terrace introduces the Italian Sandwich featuring Italian meats and spices. Smokejumpers Grill serves a new Strawberry Summer Salad with grilled chicken, fresh strawberries, feta, and candied walnuts.

With such a diverse and tasty lineup across Disneyland Resort, culinary explorers have plenty to discover in 2026. From indulgent desserts to savory entrées and refreshing beverages, there is a new delight to savor at every turn.
