Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort is home to some of the most unique accommodations at Walt Disney World. Tucked away along the woodlands of the Sassagoula River, the Treehouse Villas offer three-bedroom hideaways providing space, privacy, and tranquility in an elevated, secluded setting among the trees.

The Treehouse Villas are favored by Disney Vacation Club members and guests for their immersive theming and cozy yet spacious ambiance. Over the coming months, reimagined Treehouse Villas will debut with charming new enhancements, blending traditional style with updated comforts.

Inspired by New England–style craftsmanship and the timeless artistry of the Arts and Crafts movement, the refreshed design integrates playful charm with traditional elegance. A rich color palette and natural materials like wood and stone create an inviting retreat that feels closely connected to nature.

Each villa accommodates up to nine guests and includes convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, and comfortable living and dining areas, all updated with new finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

Private decks provide families a perfect place to relax and create lasting memories amid the beauty of the great outdoors.

Disney storytelling remains a central theme in the Treehouse Villas, woven into the design through Arts and Crafts-inspired decorative details. Organic elements such as botanicals and animal motifs inspired by classic Disney characters appear throughout the textiles, reflecting the natural surroundings enhanced by a sprinkle of Disney magic.

Guests can spot more than a dozen beloved nature scenes and characters from Disney Animation films and shorts. Stories such as 'The Fox and the Hound' and 'Sleeping Beauty' are depicted with wall murals and fine art paintings, while familiar friends from 'Cinderella' appear as carved details and tucked architectural elements throughout the villas.

The renovation of the Treehouse Villas will be completed later this year, promising a unique combination of natural beauty and Disney charm for visitors to discover and enjoy.
