Disney Eats: First Look at Holidays at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

The holiday season arrives at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs, offering explorers a festive menu and seasonal decor from November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027. Visitors can enjoy holiday-inspired dishes and drinks crafted for the occasion.

The new Holiday Freight Rolls feature pork, beef, and sweet potato-filled egg rolls served with a sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce. Seafood lovers can try the North Pole Catch, which includes smoked trout dip, lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli. For a cozy bite, the Oh Christmas Brie offers crispy Danish brie topped with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon.

Additional festive fare includes Present Perfect Croquettes, crispy fried turkey croquettes paired with a cherry-orange brandy glaze; Tinsel and Tender Bites which are cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée; a Wreath of Wellington made with strip steak, mushroom duxelles, gruyère, and puff pastry served with herbed Parmesan and horseradish-mustard aioli; and Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs featuring sweet potato filling, fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley.

Non-alcoholic seasonal drinks feature the new Hangar Holly Jolly, a festive blend of Minute Maid Apple Juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale garnished with cranberries.

For those 21 and over, seasonal alcoholic drinks include the Cranberry Apple Compass Mule which blends Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry and lemon juices topped with ginger beer and sugared cranberries. The Frosted Passage Martini combines Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueur, and cream garnished with a white chocolate piece.

Another standout is the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight featuring Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa in three varieties: dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, white hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord liqueurs, and dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys Irish Cream. Each is topped with whipped cream and festive garnishes. Also available is the Holiday Cranberry Negroni, a mix of Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
