Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby: New Gastropub in Downtown Disney

Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort will soon introduce Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a new British-themed gastropub crafted by Chef Gordon Ramsay and the creators of Earl of Sandwich. The pub captures the energetic spirit of swinging ‘60s London with a menu featuring iconic British classics.
The Carnaby will be situated atop the new Earl of Sandwich location, offering a vibrant gathering place inspired by London's famous Carnaby Street during the cultural revolution of the 1960s. Guests will enjoy plush interiors, iconic British pop art, and classic British invasion rock music, all complemented by two stylish outdoor terraces and lively bar space.
The menu will highlight classic British fare such as Chef Ramsay’s legendary beef Wellington, tender fish and chips, and rich sticky toffee pudding. A wide range of wines, beers, and expertly crafted signature cocktails will complement the dining experience, evoking the essence of London’s iconic pubs and lounges.

Chef Ramsay's new gastropub joins other notable culinary offerings at Downtown Disney, including those by Carlos Gaytán and Joe Isidori, expanding the diverse and exciting dining landscape of the district.
