Lunar New Year returns to Disney California Adventure Park at Disneyland Resort from January 23 through February 22, 2026, featuring delicious dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines. The year of the horse symbolizes independence, energy, and strength, reflected in new menu items including Five-Spice Popcorn Chicken, Japchae Noodles, and Spicy Pork Belly Grilled Cheese. Guests can also enjoy returning favorites like Quesabirria Eggroll, Phở Dip, and Taro Vietnamese Cold Brew.
The Sip and Savor Pass offers six digital coupons redeemable for select food and nonalcoholic items at Lunar New Year marketplaces and participating locations. Items available with the pass are marked with a 🍽️. Throughout the park, lively entertainment includes Disney friends in Lunar New Year attire, Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession, and the Hurry Home - A Lunar New Year Celebration pre-show before World of Color Happiness.
Lunar New Year Festival Marketplaces
At the Bamboo Blessings marketplace, available January 23 through February 22 in the Performance Corridor, guests can enjoy Five-Spice Popcorn Chicken with sweet chile-garlic sauce and Strawberry Milk Tea Macaron featuring strawberry buttercream with a milk tea center. Beverage offerings include the Guava Dragon Fruit Sparkler—a refreshing non-alcoholic mix of Simply Lemonade, Topo Chico, guava, and dragon fruit syrups garnished with frozen dragon fruit—as well as Brown Sugar Milk Tea and a Guava Dragon Fruit Vodka Cocktail.
The Longevity Noodle Co., also in the Performance Corridor from January 23 to February 22, offers Japchae Noodles with kalbi short rib and Garlic Noodles tossed in zesty garlic butter with parmesan. The featured beverage is a Strawberry Lychee Cocktail with bourbon, strawberry purée, lychee syrup, and lime juice garnished with a lime gummy wedge.
At Lucky 8 Lantern, guests can indulge in the Phở Dip made with rice noodles, sliced beef, shaved jalapeños, pickled onions, and phở broth, alongside the Chocolate Firecracker dessert, a light chocolate mousse with chocolate ganache and popping candy. Beverage highlights include the Red Envelope Margarita and Yuja-Melon Cocktail, both featuring unique and vibrant flavors.
The Prosperity Bao & Buns marketplace offers savory Char Siu BBQ Pork Bao with pickled red onions and jalapeño, and Kung Pao Bao featuring plant-based chicken with toasted peanuts and scallions. New beverage options include Brewery X Grapefruit Citrus Seltzer, Coronado Brewing Co. Nado Premium Rice Lager, Harland Brewing Co. Lucky Horse West Coast IPA, and Unsung Brewing Company’s Photo Nuclear Orange Wheat Ale, plus a Year of the Horse Beer Flight.
Red Dragon Spice Traders features Spicy Chicken Wings with a sesame seaweed crunch and Mandarin Orange Cream Puff filled with citrus cream and Mandarin compote. Beverages include Green Apple, Mango, and Peach Yogurt Soju Cocktails, as well as a Soju Cocktail Flight combining these flavors.
Wrapped with Love offers the Quesabirria Eggroll served with guajillo pepper consomé and the Taro Vietnamese Cold Brew, a non-alcoholic coffee drink garnished with taro chocolate sweet cream. A new Cold Brew Cocktail includes bourbon and is topped with a chocolate wafer stick.
Delights Throughout Disney California Adventure Park
Beyond the festival marketplaces, special Lunar New Year menu items are available at participating dining locations throughout Disney California Adventure, including savory bites and indulgent sweets. Select items marked with a 🍽️ are available for redemption with the Sip and Savor Pass in tasting sizes but are full-sized when ordered via mobile.
At Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street, the Golden Moonfire Cocktail is a new pomegranate martini served with a strawberry-mint garnish. Trolley Treats offers the Firecracker Marshmallow Wand, a marshmallow dipped in caramel and decorated with licorice and white chocolate.
Award Wieners and Hollywood Lounge in Hollywood Land feature menu items including the Scallion Pancake Tostada with bulgogi beef and kimchi aïoli, and the Spicy Tteokbokki rice cakes with gochujang sauce topped with cheese, sesame seeds, and green onions. The Lychee Soju Cocktail is a refreshing new alcoholic option.
Schmoozies! offers Hotteok-Inspired Mickey-shaped Waffles made with red batter filled with brown sugar and cinnamon custard topped with yellow whipped topping and sprinkles. Studio Catering Co. has the Spicy Pork Belly Grilled Cheese served with potato bites and Crispy Chicken Bao coated in sweet chile sauce with fresh vegetables.
Pym Test Kitchen in Avengers Campus features the Spicy Pork Belly Grilled Cheese available through March 5. Cozy Cone Motel 5 – Popcone in Cars Land serves the Crispy Chicken Bao. Aunt Cass Café offers Year of the Horse Bread shaped like a horse, along with Strawberry Green Tea Bread Pudding and Almond Cold Brew.
Boudin Bread Cart also offers the plant-based Year of the Horse Bread. Lucky Fortune Cookery serves Mango Milk Tea topped with pineapple cold foam. Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff at Pixar Pier features the Firecracker Marshmallow Wand.
Lamplight Lounge on Pixar Pier offers Mongolian Beef as a chef's special, Coconut Pandan Donuts, and a Mango Lychee Lunar Cocktail available through February 22. Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta features Korean Pork Belly Pizza available by slice or whole pie with kimchi marinara, and Pandan Cheesecake.
Paradise Garden Grill offers Lemongrass Pork Skewers served with fried garlic rice, pickled carrots and daikon radish, and a side salad, plus a Vietnamese Coffee Roulade dessert. Strawberry-Lychee Cocktail is available through February 22.
Smokejumpers Grill in Grizzly Peak offers Bulgogi Fries topped with marinated bulgogi beef, kimchi cucumber, mozzarella, and gochujang aïoli. Select outdoor vending carts around Disney California Adventure Park carry Mickey-Shaped Hot Dog Buns and blue and watermelon cotton candy in commemorative 70th anniversary bags.
Lunar New Year Novelties Across Disneyland Resort
Lunar New Year Stainless Steel Tumblers and Straw Clips will be available starting January 22 while supplies last at various locations including Award Wieners, Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Bamboo Blessings, and parts of the Disneyland Hotel.
The event includes options perfect for kids and the young at heart such as Japchae Noodles at Longevity Noodle Co., Mandarin Orange Cream Puff at Red Dragon Spice Traders, Strawberry Green Tea Bread Pudding at Aunt Cass Café, and the Crispy Chicken Bao at Cozy Cone Motel 5 – Popcone.
