The Beak and Barrel is set to open its doors on August 29, 2025, at Magic Kingdom, inviting foodies and pirates alike to enjoy a lively pirate pub experience filled with flavor and fun.

This new location offers an immersive adventure across the Seven Seas, inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and films, featuring tropical beverages, small bites, sing-alongs, storytelling, and surprises.

Reservations open on August 14, so guests are encouraged to secure their spot to join the pirate fun.

Beak and Barrel Food and Drink Menu

Two enticing non-alcoholic drink options welcome pirates of all ages: The Treasure Trove and The Cursed Treasure.

The Treasure Trove is a mysterious mix of ube, lemon, and coconut accompanied by sweet treats such as vanilla cake planks, chocolate cannonballs, and golden caramel popcorn.

The Cursed Treasure blends coconut milk and cookie crumbs topped with vanilla foam and a pirate’s gold cookie, delivering a cookies and cream flavor in drink form.

The Kraken’s Catch is a unique cold salad with octopus tentacles marinated in lemon and lime juice paired with olives, bell peppers, avocado, and Piquillo pepper-almond foam.

Adult pirates can enjoy cocktails like the Salty Seas mARRRgarita, featuring Southeast Asian flavors such as ube, Lalo Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, and lime.

The Siren’s Whisper, inspired by the Fountain of Youth, combines Pot & Column Still White Rum with citrus, spice, and is topped with a special siren tear.

Cook’s Corn Griddle Cakes bring warm corn cakes stuffed with melted cheese, lime sour cream, and chili peppers topped with cotija cheese, available with roasted corn and poblano peppers or chipotle-braised chicken.

The Barrels Ablaze cocktail features Jack Daniel’s Bonded Bourbon with hints of honey and spice for bourbon lovers.

Hibiscus Rum Punch Royale offers a rum-based drink topped with prosecco, combining hibiscus, demerara, and citrus for a light, sweet, and refreshing taste.

Island Provisions is a shareable dish with Caribbean and Central American influences featuring plantain chips, blue corn tortillas, and toasted flatbread with savory dips.

Port of Call is a gin-based drink with London Dry Gin, Ruby Port, lemon juice, and spiced cranberry, perfect for gin lovers.

Lit Fuse is a flavorful beverage with Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, and hints of banana, coconut, and smoked chili bitters.

Plunderer’s Punch contains Kraken Black Spiced Rum with blackberry, vanilla, and citrus, served in a souvenir pirate skull mug available one per guest.

Exclusive draft beers will include Victory Brewing Co. Pirate’s Paradise Blonde Ale and Wicked Weed Brewing Berried Treasure Session Sour, alongside bottled and canned lagers and IPAs, such as Modelo Especial, Red Stripe, and Bell’s Two Hearted IPA.

Wine by the glass options include Spice Route ‘Chakalaka’ Red Blend, Quinta de Santiago Vinho Verde, and Viarae Prosecco, inspired by flavors from across the seven seas.

Special merchandise includes a T-shirt inspired by The Beak and Barrel and a Parrot Shoulder Plush, available next door at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar.
