Families will also be able to take advantage of special ticket and hotel offers tailored for multi-day vacations.
The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration continues through August 9, 2026, featuring entertainment such as "The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade," "Wondrous Journeys," and the "Paint the Night" parade. Mickey, Minnie, and their friends will don special 70th Celebration attire for this limited-time event.
Starting March 22, 2026, the Fantasyland Theatre will host "Bluey's Best Day Ever!", an immersive family-friendly celebration inspired by the Disney+ animated series Bluey. Guests can enjoy live musical performances, iconic games such as Keepy Uppy, interactive adventures in a life-sized Gnome Village and Fairy Garden, and themed foods at Troubadour Tavern. Bluey and her sister Bingo will appear live on stage, bringing joy to guests of all ages.
The 2026 festival lineup includes Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park from January 23 to February 22, Celebrate Gospel concerts in Downtown Disney District in February, and Anaheim Ducks Day on February 22. Lunar New Year highlights include appearances by Horace Horsecollar and new Disney character costumes representing Vietnamese and Chinese traditions. Celebrate Gospel presents performances by community choirs and headliners Hezekiah Walker and Yolanda Adams.
Additional 2026 highlights include the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival from March 6 to April 27 offering culinary demos and family entertainment; Disney On the Yard – Yardfest on June 19 celebrating historically Black colleges and universities; and D23 Day at Disneyland Resort with magical surprises on August 13. The Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party returns August 13-16 with live entertainment for families with young children.
Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort runs from August 21 through October 31, bringing seasonal attractions and entertainment. Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure celebrates Día De Los Muertos through November 2, inspired by the Pixar film Coco. Holiday festivities kick off November 18 with enchanting décor, entertainment, and Disney Festival of Holidays at California Adventure.
Separate ticketed after-hours events offer special themes, shorter waits, unique food and beverage, entertainment, and unlimited PhotoPass downloads. Disneyland After Dark returns with five themed nights including Sweethearts' Nite, a new 70 Years of Favorites event, Disney Channel Nite, Star Wars Nite, and Pride Nite. The Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween party at California Adventure expands to 33 nights in 2026.
Exciting new experiences debut in 2026, including a new story mission for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run beginning May 22, inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu, coinciding with the new Star Wars film release. Hyperspace Mountain will also return for a limited time starting April 28. Additionally, Disneyland Railroad guided tours resume January 16, offering a journey into Walt Disney's passion for trains.
Downtown Disney District continues to evolve in 2026 with new restaurants like Earl of Sandwich and Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, plus the athletic apparel retailer lululemon opening. Following prior 2025 openings such as Disney Wonderful World of Sweets and Parkside Market, the district offers more dining and shopping excitement for guests.
