‘Tis the season to be jolly at Walt Disney World Resort with Disney Jollywood Nights, a special ticketed event at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Available on select nights from November 8 through December 22, 2025, this festive celebration features 82 exclusive holiday bites, including more than 35 new offerings across four new locations: Backlot Express, Tune-In Lounge, KRNR Rock Station, and Pretzel Palooza.
New treats include the Jolly Jam Slider at Backlot Express and Jolly Gingerbread Mini Churros at Ice Cold Hydraulics. Returning favorites such as the Christmas Gertie Cookie at Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction and Sandy Claws Hot Cocoa at Dockside Diner continue to charm guests. For a festive twist, enjoy the Miss Piggy Strawberry Glam and Kermit Mint Whirl at Hollywood Scoops to celebrate the season.
Guests can enjoy these delicious goodies alongside exclusive entertainment including the Disney Holidays in Hollywood musical featuring Kermit and Miss Piggy, the What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along, and the return of the nighttime spectacular Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM.
At ABC Commissary on Commissary Lane, guests can savor the Birria Taco featuring shredded beef and Monterey Jack with beef consommé, a Plant-based Cauliflower Taco with chili-lime seasoning and chipotle cashew crema, Chicken Empanadas with street corn salad, and Yuca con Chicharrón with fried pork belly and yellow pepper aïoli. Sweet options include Taco ‘bout a Holiday Cookie with cranberry cheesecake and Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake with spiced whipped cream.
Beverages at ABC Commissary include the new non-alcoholic Chicha Morada punch made with purple corn and fruits, its alcoholic version with pisco, creamy Coquito, and the Oaxaca Old Fashioned cocktail featuring tequila, mezcal, and chocolate-orange flavors.
Anaheim Produce on Sunset Boulevard offers the plant-based Gingerbread Bites, a delightful holiday treat perfect for guests seeking festive sweets.
At Backlot Express in Echo Lake, new food items include Hickory Holiday Macaroni & Cheese with burnt ends and crispy onions, the Angus Jolly Jam Slider with bourbon-garlic-bacon jam on a Hawaiian roll, plant-based Sleigh Bell Brussels Sprouts with bourbon-onion jam, Sweet Chili Cheer Chicken Slider with Asian slaw, and Holly Jolly Bread Pudding with chocolate-hazelnut and cherries.
New beverages here include the Figgy Pudding Martini with Mediterranean fig vodka, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, and Miller High Life Lager.
Baseline Tap House on Grand Avenue serves Macaroni & Cheese Croquettes with a blend of pepper jack, Gouda, cheddar, and spicy aïoli. Their beverage selection highlights a Beer Margarita featuring Patrón Silver Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner.
Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction at Echo Lake features the festive Christmas Gertie Cookie, a sugar cookie with a Santa hat.
Dockside Diner offers Loaded Samosas with plant-based herb crema, Meatball and Polenta, and a Christmas Tree Cookie Stack filled with pistachio buttercream and jam. Their beverage menu includes the non-alcoholic Sandy Claws Hot Cocoa and the new Stroopwafel Bourbon Coffee with Buffalo Trace bourbon and caramel syrup.
Epic Eats at Echo Lake tempt guests with S’mores Funnel Cake topped with roasted marshmallows and chocolate, and Spicy Korean Chicken Funnel Cake with pickled slaw. Their Warm Spiced Chai Cocktail combines Twinings Chai Tea and RumChata Cream Liqueur.
Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard offers a Holiday Turkey Popover filled with roasted turkey and mashed potatoes topped with gravy and cranberry chutney, a 'Just the Sides' Popover of mac and cheese with collard greens, and the new Raspberry-Lemon Square dessert. Their beverages include new Eggnog (non-alcoholic) and Eggnog with Whisky, as well as the festive Mistletoe Martini with vodka, elderflower liqueur, and cranberry juice.
Hollywood Scoops on Sunset Boulevard features the new Kermit Mint Whirl with green apple boba pearls and mint chocolate chip ice cream, and Miss Piggy Strawberry Glam with strawberry boba pearls and strawberry ice cream. Both are served in souvenir cups while supplies last. The Yuletide Scoop beverage blends vanilla ice cream with coffee liqueurs, topped with whipped cream.
Ice Cold Hydraulics on Grand Avenue offers Gingerbread Bites and the new Jolly Gingerbread Mini Churros with chocolate-hazelnut sauce. New beverages include the non-alcoholic Mint Chocolate Cold Brew and its rum-infused variation.
Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby on Hollywood Boulevard offer a variety of specialties including house-made Charcuterie, Chorizo Arancini, Hamachi with avocado mousse and citrus vinaigrette, Jazzy Sliders of bison and pork with dulce gorgonzola, Pork Belly Bao with Korean barbecue, Shrimp Cocktail, Sticky Chicken Wings, and plant-based Tofu Bao.
Their beverage selections include the Holiday Mickey Hot Cocoa, The Sleigh Bell non-alcoholic ginger beer drink, the Hollywood Lights rum cocktail, Mocha Espresso Mint-tini, Old Fashioned, Peanut Butter Whiskey Cream, Poinsettia Fizz, Pomegranate Whisky Sour, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, Spiced Pear Martini, and Vodka Martini.
KRNR The Rock Station on Sunset Boulevard presents new offerings such as Arepas de Choclo sweet corn cakes with cheese and cilantro aïoli, and Churro Sundae with vanilla soft-serve and spiced chocolate sauce.
New beverages include Spiced Apple Sangria, made with Fireball Whisky and apple cider, and White Cranberry Margarita with Teremana Blanco Tequila and Grand Marnier.
The Market in Animation Courtyard offers Spring Rolls filled with buffalo chicken and jalapeño ranch dipping sauce, and Mike-aroon, a toasted coconut cookie with green white chocolate decorated with a sugar eye. Beverage highlights include the new non-alcoholic Bing Bong Candy Lemonade with strawberry lemonade slushy and cotton candy, Caramel-Apple Cider topped with caramel popcorn, and their moonshine-infused version.
Pretzel Palooza on Sunset Boulevard features the new Guava and Cream Cheese Quesito, a flaky puff pastry with cream cheese and guava, alongside plant-based Gingerbread Bites.
The Trolley Car Café near Hollywood Tower Hotel offers the Duffy Brownie, a chocolate brownie with cherries and white chocolate chips decorated with fudge buttercream and a caramel-chocolate paw print, plus plant-based Gingerbread Bites.
Tune-In Lounge at Echo Lake has holiday cocktails including the new Holiday Dill-light gin cocktail with pickle juice and chili-lime rim, Tropical Tidings coconut rum drink with shredded coconut rim, Winter Spice Long Island Iced Tea with several spirits and cinnamon syrup, In Holiday Fashion bourbon cocktail, and a Sugar Cookie Martini topped with a sugar cookie and sprinkles.
The Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club on Hollywood Boulevard includes sparkling non-alcoholic Pomegranate-Apple Cider, the 1939 Royale tequila cocktail served in a souvenir flute, and the Top Floor Daiquiri with coconut rum and shimmer.
Specialty food offerings at outdoor vending locations throughout the park include plant-based Gingerbread Bites, while featured beverages include the new Gingerbread Whisky Mule with Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, the In Holiday Fashion bourbon cocktail, and the Sugar Cookie Martini.
At the Snack Cart across from Beverly Sunset Boutique, an Annual Passholder Exclusive, new beverages include Blue Sparkling Cider featuring white cranberry juice, guava syrup, and sparkling apple cider with a blue sugar rim, and Sparkling Snowflake Mimosa, a champagne drink with similar fruity flavors and garnishes.
Special novelties available throughout the park include the Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor Sipper, available at Rosie’s All-American Café and Dockside Diner, and the Jack Skellington Gravestone Bucket available at popcorn carts.
For children and those young at heart, there are plenty of kid-friendly options including the Hickory Holiday Mac from Backlot Express, Meatball and Polenta from Dockside Diner, S’mores Funnel Cake from Epic Eats, the Raspberry-Lemon Square from Fairfax Fare, and Bing Bong Candy Lemonade from the Market. These selections ensure a delightful experience for the whole family.
