The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns from March 6 through April 27, 2026, featuring delicious bites and refreshing drinks inspired by the flavors of California. This year's festival includes new offerings like Chicharrón Nachos, Ramen Mac & Cheese, and Ube Latte with Matcha Foam, along with popular favorites such as the Junior LA Street Dog, Asian Street Burrito, and Strawberry Horchata.

To enhance the tasting experience, guests can purchase a Sip and Savor Pass, which offers four or eight digital coupons redeemable for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at marketplaces and dining locations. The pass also includes a complimentary Mickey-shaped Food & Wine plate, available while supplies last. Items redeemable with this pass are marked with a 🍽️ in the guide.

Guests seeking more immersive experiences can book a Beverage Education Seminar at Sonoma Terrace on weekends from March 7 to April 26. These 30-40 minute sessions with expert winemakers or Disney mixologists provide memorable tastings. Complimentary culinary demonstrations by local and visiting chefs also take place at the Hollywood Backlot Stage during weekends.

The California Craft Brews marketplace offers the new Chicharrón Nachos and a selection of beverages including the non-alcoholic California Punch and Tropical Chamoy Michelada, along with craft beers and cocktails. At Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo, guests can enjoy the Asa'DOS grilled meats dish and beverages like Crowns & Hops Brewing's new Dopest Hazy IPA and the Hot Honey White Sangria.

At Garlic Kissed, try the Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri and accompanying drinks like the Cuties Mandarin Orange & Blackberry Punch and Bourbon Peach Tea Lemonade, both new for 2026. Golden Dreams offers the Musubi Fried Rice inspired by AULANI Resort and Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème, along with unique cocktails including the Tiki Spritz and Watermelon Cucumber Mojito.

The LA Style marketplace features dishes such as the Carbonara Pizzetta and Junior LA Street Dog. Beverage options include the new Cherry Cola Cold Brew and Seaborn Strawberry Lemonade Margarita. Meanwhile, Mercado de Antojos offers the Torta Ahogada and Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake, with drinks like Black Cherry and Blood Orange Palomas, as well as a Paloma Flight tasting experience.

Peppers Cali-Ente offers new dishes like Tajín Habanero Seasoned Wings and Ramen Mac & Cheese. Beverages include the Strawberry Guava Lemonade and Pickle Whiskey Sour, as well as the Seaborn Strawberry Lemonade Margarita. Uncork California highlights the Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces, served with various sparkling wine mimosas, rosés, chardonnays, and curated wine flights.

Notable locations include Carthay Circle Restaurant, Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, Trolley Treats, Award Wieners, Hollywood Lounge, Schmoozies!, Studio Catering Co., Pym Test Kitchen, Terran Treats, Cozy Cone Motel 5, Aunt Cass Café, Boudin Bread Cart, Cappuccino Cart, Lucky Fortune Cookery, Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff, Lamplight Lounge, Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta, Paradise Beer Garden, Smokejumpers Grill, and selected outdoor vending carts.

Kid-friendly selections across the festival include the LA Style Carbonara Pizzetta, Peppers Cali-Ente Ramen Mac & Cheese, Schmoozies! Mickey-shaped Banana-Hazelnut Waffles, Cozy Cone Motel 5’s Green Pozole, and Cocina Cucamonga’s Strawberry Horchata. Many locations offer mobile ordering options and exclusive menu items.
